How Should We Place Orders with Future (beyond a month) for Holiday Items

In the sales order quote notes, write "Save Backorder" and the sales rep will push order through when time comes

• Save quote as backorder by writing "Save Backorder" in order notes
• Create quote & save, add PDF of sales order to PO, add to PO notes - customer, date, etc; then follow up with customer
• Rep then needs to put product forecast in inventory planner to plan for inventory
• Rep pushes through on desired date for desired truck
